Cancelation policy:
Reservations are paid in advance and are not refundable for no-show, though, at the discretion of the Captain, may be rescheduled.
Outings are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled by the Captain due to unsafe or highly unpleasant weather conditions, in which case a reschedule or refund will be discussed. Given that South Florida experiences occasional rain showers and some local storms, the final decision about a cancellation due to weather will normally be taken within a 24 hour window prior to planned departure and will be subject to re-evaluation right up to two hours before departure time. In any case, Our vessels are quite capable of handling adverse weather, providing shelter and safety for its passengers.
