A practice in growth, spirals, and wrapping. We'll approach the pole like a trellis with interesting combos that focus on using the entirety of the pole through STATIC ROTATIONS. Learn some beautiful SHAPES and TRANSITIONS that utilize various points of contact and refresh your combos with purpose and poise. Open to polers who can comfortably climb, invert. and leg hang.
